HOW TO ORDER

Step 1: Fill out the 'Request Consultation' form below.

When we receive that 'Request Consultation' form we will email you back to discuss your custom idea. (Expect a response within 24 hours.) 

**Please make sure your email address is correct before you submit form.

Step 2: When we email you, we'll work together to come up with a custom design along with the best base shoe to use. A digital mock-up can be provided at the cost of $50 (non-refundable) and will be included in the final cost of the service. In most cases the customer is required to provide the base shoe.

**Turn around times vary from project to project and will be communicated to you via email.

Step 3: Once a design is agreed upon and you are ready to place the order, you may request an invoice from Liber Studio.

Step 4: After payment is made, you can ship your shoes to the address located on our invoices (All shoes must be shipped with a tracking number and must be brand new or extremely close to it). Once the tracking status on your shoes says 'delivered' you are welcome to contact us to confirm.

Step 5: We will contact you via email when your shoes are complete and on their way back to you!
